Here ya go: Download graphed paper 48 x 64 stitches
ALSO -- you can download this empty.jpg image to generate different sizes. (It's invisible on white background so just click and download in upper left hand corner of browser.)
1) Browse "empty.jpg"
2) Choose size and crochet or knit ratio
3) Click "Submit"
